Since I begin working on custom made-to-order items shortly after receiving your order, cancellations may not always be possible. If you placed an order in error or changed your mind after purchasing, please kindly request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, I will issue a full refund. In case the cancellation is requested after 24 hours of purchase and your order is already being made/shipped, the refund will not be accepted.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT

From time to time, the carrier may accidentally mark a delivered package despite it still being on their truck, or possibly being dropped off at the wrong address. The first step to take is to reach out to your local post office directly to inquire about the location or fill out a Help Request with carrier online. If for any reason the package still doesn't turn up or they aren't able to help, please reach out to me for the next steps.
