- You will not acquire allergies because these rugs are free of hair and other imperfections.
Our rugs have a nonslip cotton backing and are constructed of soft, velvety, glossy fluff. Colors displayed on your monitor may differ from our samples due to monitor calibration. Our carpets include unique overlock stitching on the edges that varies in color depending on the pattern. The International Textile Standards specify that product dimensions may vary by two to three percent.

PACKING
If you would like us to gift wrap your order, please let us know when you place it. To protect the carpet, we typically use a translucent covering.

We send your purchases using UPS or FEDEX EXPRESS.
If you live in any European country, the rug will be delivered within one to three days.
If you live in the United States or Canada, you will receive your package within two to four days.
Every other country's delivery times range from two to five days.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please keep in mind that we manufacture carpets per request; these custom-made carpets are sent to the cargo after passing quality control inspections. We will, however, take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction if there is an issue, such as a manufacturing fault. Our items' sizes may vary by +/- 10% during manufacture, and there are no returns for anything other than printing concerns.
