How do I know the size of the item I am interested in?

The size of all pieces is stated in both the product description and illustrated in a photo on the listing. These sizes can rarely be changed, but feel free to message me and ask.

Silver Items- I make my own silver sheet with Argentium sterling and fine silver, making it tarnish-resistant. Use the Pro-polish pad included with your order as instructed, or any soft cloth. Copper and Brass items: These items are sealed and do not need to be cleaned. Enamel Pieces: Clean enamel jewelry with a soft, damp cloth or a gentle jewelry cleaning solution. Avoid abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, and ultrasonic cleaners, which can damage the enamel.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each piece arrives tucked inside a soft pillow pouch, finished with a lovely sticker and a hand-tied bow. If you order multiple items, they may be thoughtfully packaged together in one or two boxes. Sending a gift? I’m happy to include a handwritten card. Just leave me a note with your message.

Custom or commissioned orders

I’d love to create a custom piece just for you. Simply send me a message, and we’ll work together to bring your unique vision to life.

All orders will be processed in the standard 3-5 days (5-8 days during the holiday season). If you need it ASAP, PLEASE MESSAGE ME right away and, if at all possible, I will bump your order up.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Pure Whimsy Jewelry is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason The customer is responsible for paying
