What Oil Should I finish my project with?

We recommend one of the two oil finishes below depending on what your project is: Rubio Monocoat Oil This Product is best for Furniture finish application It is a one coat oil that will give you a matte finish and only requires you to sand up to 150g 100ml size - Only comes with the Part A oil (Part B accelerator is not solid separately) 350ml / 1.3L come with a Part B accelerator which can be mixed at a 3:1 ratio to make for a faster cure time Walrus Oil Cutting Board Oil / Mineral Oil : Best for your charcuterie boards Sand between 320 - 600g Furniture Finish : Best for finishing for your furniture projects Use on hardwoods sanded between 220 - 400g The lower the grit the deeper the oil will soak in. The higher the grit the smoother

How Much Pigment should I add?

Suggested : 1/8 teaspoon per 1litre will give you medium transparency A little bit of pigment goes a long way. We suggest to add a small amount to your pour and add a little bit at a time while throughly mixing in-between until you achieve the desired look. Make sure you are mixing throughly scraping the sides, bottom of your container and stir stick. You don't want the pigment to settle to the bottom of your container leaving large amount of flecks not stirred into the epoxy. Transparency: Translucent effect: Add a small amount of pigment so that you are able to see through your pour. Opaque effect: Add more pigment so you won't be able to see through your pour. Remember the pigment will be more concentrated in your mixing contain

Why hasn't my order arrived?

There may be various reasons why you haven't received your order yet. Packages shipping outside of Canada are subject to inspection at Customs which is out of our control. We do attach all the appropriate customs paperwork to make sure your package moves through customs as fast as possible. Sometimes local weather could affect shipping times. If you are ordering during one of our larger sales, orders may be processed up to 6 business days due to higher volumes.

Will my shipment have any additional charges when it arriaves?

Depending on your location, yes possibly. Taxes, Duties, and customs charges may be applied to your package as it arrives in the country of destination. This amount is not controlled by us, but since we properly declare the package, it may acquire an extra charge along the way. If the package is rejected upon delivery due to accumulated duties and taxes to your destination, you will not be eligible for a refund.

How long do orders take to ship?

All online orders will ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse. We are still a growing company and hope to one day have same-day shipping. For U.S customers: Shipping total lead time can range from 5 -10 business days once they have cleared customs. If you are ordering during one of our larger sales, orders may be processed between 2 - 4 business days due to higher volumes.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?

U.S Customers: Although your order is picked up from our warehouse right away, it does not get scanned until it reaches the U.S. warehouse, where it receives its U.S. shipping label and is entered into the tracking system. CAD Customers: Your order may be in transit between facilities. Even though your order is picked up from our warehouse, it often does not receive its first scan right away. The first official scan usually happens once the shipment reaches the main Canadian sorting facility. At that point, it receives its processing scan and fully enters the tracking system.

How does the shipping process work?

U.S Customers: Orders are transported in bulk across the border. Once the truckload clears U.S. Customs, the packages are moved to a U.S. facility, labeled, and scanned for tracking updates. CAD Customers: Orders are packed at our warehouse and picked up by the carrier. Once they reach the next processing facility, they receive their initial scan and continue through the standard delivery network.

We shifted to this bulk-clearance system to save customers money. Shipping and clearing a full truckload—rather than individual packages—significantly reduces costs under the new U.S. tariffs, helping keep your order total as low as possible.
