Once your order is placed, I’ll email your prepaid label along with easy step-by-step instructions on how to safely pack your bouquet using any sturdy box you have available.

Flowers should be shipped within 1–2 days after the wedding using the provided prepaid label.

Once your flowers arrive, I begin the preservation process immediately.

Prefer to purchase your own shipping label or already have dried flowers?

I’ll still provide detailed packing and shipping instructions to help ensure your flowers arrive safely.

Fresh flowers should be shipped within 24–48 hours after the event using UPS 2 Day or Overnight service.

For this option, the customer is responsible for purchasing their own shipping label.

🌿 Important Preservation Information

Processing time is typically 8–12 weeks depending on drying time and design complexity.

Because flower preservation is time-sensitive and space is reserved in my calendar when you order, a $60 non-refundable deposit is included in your purchase.

If flowers arrive severely wilted, moldy, improperly packed, or shipped significantly late despite provided instructions — and preservation cannot be completed — the $60 deposit will be retained.

Of course, if an issue occurs within my control, I take full responsibility.

To ensure the best possible results:
• Flowers should be shipped within 1–2 days after the event
• Fresh flowers must be shipped via UPS 2 Day or Overnight service
• Packing instructions must be followed carefully
• If flowers are more than 5 days old, please message before ordering

Please note:
Flower colors naturally change during the drying process. Whites may become ivory, reds may deepen, and some delicate flowers may become more muted over time. This is a normal part of preservation and part of what makes each keepsake unique.
Once your flower frame is completed, we will ship your item in a box indicated as FRAGILE with ample packaging. We are not responsible for any damage during shipping. Please purchase shipping insurance to guarantee refunds on potentially damaged items.
• Due to this being a custom-made piece, we do not accept product returns.
