Shop owner is rude and entitled. They don’t personally make any of the items; appears they use a drop ship style service so they don’t manage the quality of the items or hold themselves responsibility for them. The “baby blanket” is blurry sublimation on a Christmas skirt. I wouldn’t wrap a baby in it. They want me to return the item to a different address and pay for the return. What’s going to happen when they claim they didn’t receive it? “Our shop doesn’t do that.” “Etsy doesn’t do that.” What’s the next excuse to avoid any responsibility? Save yourself and avoid this drop shop.
