Just reading through the book, I haven't made these yet. I've learned a lot about shoes and the anatomy of shoes just reading through the instruction book and every step is well described with helpful pictures. It would have been nice to have a version printable on letter sized paper instead of only A4, but I knew that would be what I need going in and I know I can find ways to work with it.
