We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your item, so long as it has not been used. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless a mistake was made on our part. A refund will be issued once I have received the item back minus the shipping cost if the shipping chosen was an upgraded shipping option.

Let me say this..... this seller is incredible and goes above and beyond! Initially the item was not here by the day the "expected delivery time" was saying. I contacted the seller and was told that it was because of how many orders there were (which I can see why). However, it upset me as this is part of a birthday gift for my soon to be 10 yr old daughter. When I told the seller this, they immediately made sure that it would arrive in plenty of time by going out the very next shipping day and 2 day shipped it with FedEx. They were kind and compassionate (even when I was not) and now my daughter has a beautiful enclosure for Charlotte, the name she chose for her jumping spider we will be getting in a few days. Thank you so much for everything! We will most certainly be ordering from you again!
