All orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days from the purchase date. Depending on the number of orders that come in and product stock, they can be sent out a day later. Since I make, pack, and ship everything myself and this is a small business, please be patient as I fulfill your orders and make sure they are packaged well and safely. For domestic orders (Latvia) shipping will take approx. 2 - 5 business days. For international orders, please give 1 - 3 weeks. It will most likely arrive sooner, but there have been shipping delays that are not in my control. Please be patient.

→ OUT OF STOCK ITEMS & CUSTOM SIZING

If an item is out of stock or you need more than is available, you can message me with a request. I will take a look if I have an extra stock or if I can make the items you want. If you are looking to get something in a different size, like art prints, you can message me with a request and I will look at what I can do for you.

Some of the listing images (like mockups) are for illustrative purposes only. Product colors may vary depending on your screen settings. Please refer to the product sizes noted within the product listing. If you have questions about any product feel free to message me.

You are not allowed to resell, redistribute, or relist any of my products, designs, illustrations, artwork, bundles, physical and digital products, and others. All items are for personal use only. For artwork licensing, commissions, and business inquiries please email - doodella.art@gmail.com

Sometimes parcels take more time to arrive and this is out of my control. I hope you understand and can be patient. If the parcel takes more than usual to arrive and you feel like it will never arrive, please message me and I will arrange a refund for your items. No refunds are applicable for digital products/printables.

→ WRONG HOME ADDRESS

There might be a case where your order has not arrived due to an incorrect shipping address. In instances like these, your parcel gets returned to me because of the reason mentioned before. It is your responsibility to provide the correct and full shipping address you want your items to ship!

PACKAGING, RE-USED MATERIALS & RECYCLING

Most items will be packaged in paper material that is more eco-friendly. I also use plastic for some products to protect them from water damage. Sometimes, I use recycled materials, such as cardboard or cardstock, to package orders that could potentially bend in transit. Packages like these will have special stickers saying that there are recycled materials used. I encourage you to re-use any packaging that is still good - for scrapbooking or repackaging other items. If you choose not to do it, please recycle everything according to your local rules.

Most packages clear customs fine, but there can be times when you will be asked to pay customs fees. The amount differs for each country. I am not responsible for any customs fees/duties/taxes. This is the buyer's responsibility! By purchasing from this shop, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your responsibility.

Shipped very quickly. For one pin, the photo wasn't framed correctly, but more importantly, the front randomly fell off after a few days. The rest had no such issues.
