ADHD Checklist for School – Forest Animals Design for Children | Structural Support for School Days | Elementary School Morning Routine German (CH & DE)

Bring calm and structure to your hectic family life with this lovingly designed ADHD-friendly checklist for school-age children.

The playful, cute forest animal design with fox, hedgehog, and deer makes routine fun and motivates children aged 5-8 to tick off their daily tasks independently.

The school day checklist accompanies your child throughout the day:
🌞 Morning: From making the bed to brushing teeth and starting school.
🌞 Afternoon: Unpack school bag, wash hands, do homework.
🌙 Evening: Dinner, shower, put on pajamas, read a story.

Each completed step can be marked – this provides motivation, clear structure, and a positive feeling. At the end of the week, there's space to proudly note down what went particularly well.

This routine aid is specifically designed for children with ADHD, hyperactivity, or concentration difficulties and has been tested by real families.

Thanks to the cute design with forest animals, the list fits harmoniously into the children's room or on the family refrigerator.
