SHIPPING (PLEASE READ)
• Please note that Etsy shipping times are estimates. The best time frame to keep in mind is allowing 3-5 business days for the item to be printed and shipped out and then up to 7 business days for the item to arrive. Weekends and holidays are not included in this estimate. In most cases it will arrive earlier but be aware it can take up to 12 business days, especially during busy seasons. Once the item is shipped out, I no longer have any control over its progress and will be tracking the same as you. If you have a set deadline to receive the item, please let me know when ordering so I can see if there are any express options available to offer you. Once an item is shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you wish a refund at that point, the item will need to be shipped back to us first.

• Please note that the printer may mark an item as “shipped” when creating the label. There may be a delay between the day the label is created and when the item physically ships. There may also be gaps in updates if the package is passed from one delivery partner to another.

• Items purchased in the same order may ship from different locations and not arrive at the same time in the same package. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out.
