Please contact us through Etsy Messages if you have any questions about your order. We're always happy to help!

When will my item ship?

Each item is made to order especially for you. Production times vary by product and printing location. Please refer to the estimated delivery dates shown on your listing and at checkout. We appreciate your patience!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Our products are made to order, so we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or changes of mind, except where required by applicable law. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through Etsy Messages so we can help resolve the issue. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

How long is my item in transit with shipping?

Shipping times depend on your location, the product, and the printing facility fulfilling your order. Please check the estimated delivery dates provided by Etsy. International deliveries may take longer due to customs or carrier delays.

Will I receive a tracking number?

When tracking is available, Etsy will send you a shipping notification with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can also check your order status under Purchases and Reviews in your Etsy account.

How do I know my size?

Please refer to the size chart included in each listing before ordering. Sizing and fit may vary by product and style. For the best fit, measure a favourite shirt laid flat and compare it with the measurements provided. Feel free to message us if you need assistance!

Can I cancel an order I have already placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Because our products are made to order, cancellation may not be possible once production has started. We will do our best to help, subject to applicable consumer rights.
