Highlights
There and back again, a hobbit's tale by Bilbo Baggins.
These pieces of art feature scans of my old book pages from J.R.R. Tolkien's beloved story, which includes the classic illustrations by Tolkien himself. I then embellish these pages with real pressed ferns.You may choose which illustration you'd like from the drop down menu.
Each art piece starts with me harvesting flowers & ferns from my garden or surrounding forest of my home. I then press these botanicals until they are dried. I adhere them to custom stained wooden frames with the book page background. There is no glass or resin used in my art pieces but I do seal the entire piece with a UV sealant acrylic spray to preserve the color of the botanicals & finally I add a sawtooth hanger to the back.

Oval, Rectangle 5"x7" or 7"x9"
