Nothing is physically shipped, my shop only sells digital printable art.

How do I download my files?

Once purchased, you will receive an email📧 from Etsy (transaction@etsy.com) containing a link to your new files. You can also find a direct link under Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews. If you do not have an Etsy account and purchased the artwork as a guest, you will receive an automated email from Etsy with a link to download your file. Please note that Downloads are not currently supported in the Etsy app - you will need to use a mobile browser or a computer to download.

What type of paper do you recommend for printing?

Although this is personal preference, for the best results we suggest using a heavyweight matte paper or cardstock. For an even richer look, premium archival fine art paper with a watercolor or canvas texture will bring out the vintage appearance and depth in your artwork, as well as long-lasting quality and durability.

Can you resize a vertical print to a landscape/horizontal format?

For most of my listings this can be done. Please send me a message before purchase to make sure it is possible for the specific artwork you would like to purchase.

Can I have a refund on digital products?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, if the files have already been downloaded into your computer, we cannot issue any refunds. Thank you for your understanding. If you feel you have received the wrong product or have technical issues with the download, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Do you offer commercial licensing for your artwork?

All artwork purchased from Lavender Art Prints are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You are not permitted to share, distribute, or reproduce for commercial use or resale in any form. Modifying, altering, or creating derivative works from the artwork is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of the artwork is a violation of copyright law and is subject to legal action.

If you have any other questions, feel free to send me a message! 😊
