Shipping & Taxes:

1. Any size larger than 9 feet wide will be shipped folded. So you may see creases, and the rug may not lay flat initially, but it's very typical with rugs when shipped folded. All the wrinkles and lumps in the rug will go away within a few weeks of usage.
2. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. We will not be liable for delays due to customs.
3. All items will ship promptly after payment has cleared Paypal.
4. Please provide your correct/complete address along with your contact details to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
5. All items will be dispatched from India.
6. Handling time will vary for each item.
7. Estimated delivery time is 4-7 days after an item is shipped.

Return & Exchange:

1. Return or exchange period is 30 days after delivery for most of the items listed in our store.
2. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
4. The item must be returned/shipped back in its original condition and packaging.
5. The buyer will be responsible for any loss in value of the item when it's returned.

Cancellations:

1. Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. If the period of 24 hours passes and you still want to cancel your order, then there will be a certain percentage of cancellation charge because cancellation of any order in mid-production has a cost.

Initial Odor: New wool rugs may emit a slight natural odor upon unboxing. This is harmless and will dissipate within a few days when aired in a well-ventilated room.

Rug Pad Recommended: Always use a high-quality rug pad underneath. This prevents slippage, protects underlying floors, and adds extra cushioning.

Flattening Corners: After unpacking, edges or corners may curl slightly. Please ensure all corners lay flat to avoid tripping hazards. We recommend placing heavy objects (like books) temporarily or gently rolling the edges in the opposite direction.

Avoid Moisture: Keep the rug away from damp areas and avoid prolonged exposure to water or humidity, which can affect the natural fibers and backing.

Sunlight Exposure: Prolonged direct sunlight can cause fading. Rotate your rug periodically to ensure even wear and color preservation.

Cleaning: Spot clean spills immediately using a clean, dry cloth. Professional rug cleaning is recommended for deep cleaning. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach.

Not Fire Resistant: Keep away from open flames or heat sources as wool is not fire-retardant.
