Masks are generically sized to fit a range of face sizes and shapes. Since they are half-masks or eye-masks, there is no need to measure the face to fit a specific person. (Full face masks are far more difficult to fit to a specific person, without creating a replica of the persons face, on which to shape the mask.) However, if you feel that your face is unusually small or broad, or otherwise differently shaped, please contact me to talk about what you need in a custom mask for a better fit.

Are masks returnable?

Leather Costume masks are intimate items, worn over the nose and mouth, and breathed through, and therefore NOT returnable after having been worn. I would never sell you a mask that someone has already worn, coughed in, etc. Because of this, I cannot accept returns of masks, unless I hear from you within 3 days of receiving the mask, time enough to briefly try it on. In the case that the mask really won't work for you, it needs to be mailed back within 7 days of receiving it, (postal date of package delivery), and it MUST be in pristine, unworn condition to receive a refund of the original item price. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs.

My barrette is too large/too small. What should I do?

Please message me to let me know there’s a problem, so we can work out a solution. We can exchange it for a better size and adjust the price paid with an adjustment, (a partial refund or a charge for a larger item.), or other appropriate solution. Generally I will not refund without return of the item in new condition.

A beautiful Raven stick barrette in antiqued copper, about 7-8 inches across the wings. This is truly an unusual hair accessory for festival season or anytime you want to wear something eye-catching. Grand for buns, chignons or updos, and amazing perched in dreds.

I made this large leather raven stick barrette from 3-4 oz natural leather, shaped and tooled it, and colored it with metallic copper acrylics and age patina. It's sealed for water resistance, though it is not waterproof and should mainly be kept out of wet weather.

************SIZING************

Small Ravens- Best for covering a hair elastic, sweet for very fine hair in a twist or partially up styles; also cute perching in curls. Stick holes are about 2" apart, (2 1/4" if measured flat, prior to shaping.)

Medium Ravens- Magical for average textured hair or medium to long hair that is fine; good for smaller buns or updos. Stick holes are about 2 1/2" apart, (3" if measured flat, prior to shaping.)

Large Ravens- Smashing for longer hair; dramatic styles and updos. Stick holes are about 3" apart, 3 1/2" (if measured flat, prior to shaping.)
