🌚I have a problem with my order. How can we fix it?

We are happy to help in any way we can. Simply send us a message with the following information so one of our customer service personal can quickly assist you! - Order Number - Event Date - Image of problem ( photo ) - 1-2 Sentences describing what the problem is. Once we receive your message, we will check to see if the wrong items were shipped to you by accident or if anything was misprinted due to an error on our end. If the mistake was our fault we will provide a solution at no expense on the customers’ end. If the mistake was made on the customer’s behalf, we can still provide them with reprints or re-shipments. However; the customer must pay all extra charges including shipping. Thank you for understanding.

Since each order is made just for you, we do not accept exchanges and/or returns on sizing or color ordering errors. If you receive your item(s) with a defect please contact us within 72 hours with pictures of the defect. Defects Are 100% guaranteed! Custom or personalized orders - This includes anything that we print, whether is on a shirt, robe, box, etc. Everything is handmade and printed for your order, even if it says "Bride" or "Bridesmaid" (for example) on it, we make it per order. Be sure to check size charts and read our product listings so you know what you are ordering.
