For the cost I'm disappointed that only one side is smooth, as the whole stone being smooth would have been more comforting. Still nice.

Bonjour, Merci beaucoup pour votre avis. Comme indiqué dans la description des worry stones, le dessous n'est JAMAIS émaillé. C'est une contrainte technique : l'émail (qui donne ce coté lisse et brillant est comme du verre) resterait collé à la plaque lorsqu'il entre en fusion lors de la cuisson à 1250°C. Cette contrainte est la même pour TOUS les céramistes ! C'est pourquoi chaque worry stone est ensuite poncée soigneusement à la main, pour offrir une expérience la plus douce possible. Une question ?
