I love this meditation and notebook. I do take notes when I do pulls. I think this is a wonderful way to learn more about the world of Matlock. The meditation and notebook is very well made. The paperstock is excellent, and no problems writing notes. I highly recommend this medication and notebook. Thank you so much to Jacqui. xx
