Robert Coleman- Blown Glass Art- Iridescent Green Hanging Globe

Robert Coleman founded his studio, Patient Medicines Blown Glass, in 1973 in Mount Vernon, Ohio, and developed a contemporary style that often featured abstract patterns and bold, swirling colors. This hanging globe embodies both of those qualities. The main body is a rich, jewel-tone green- the iridescence gives off multi-colored undertones that enhance the emerald color. Without the iridescence, the handles are more of a forest green. RC in a circle is embossed on the end of it. Whether hung outdoors or in, this will make an eye catching addition to your home.

I think it was the last owner that strung the picture wire through the handles for hanging. I left it because it's attached firmly and in good condition. But, it could be easily snipped off to set it on a flat surface. It is in perfect condition with no nicks, chips or scratches.
