Finally found exactly what I was looking for! I spent a lot of time searching before I came across this. So glad I did. The food list is complete — everything is clearly labeled, age-appropriate, and well thought out. No guessing, no missing items. This first foods chart is beautifully done and I like that it cites the AAP for its food ages. I had the three sheets printed and laminated and it looks gorgeous to hang on the fridge. This would make a very smart baby shower gift with some baby utensils and bowls and the Baby Led Weaning book.
