Be cautious when ordering from this company. Once we finally received our shirts they were fine minus the fact that the youth shirts were supposed to be a true red, but the ones we received were actually the comfort colors crimson color. We were really wanting a true red for the youth shirts. They initially shipped our shirts to a completely different address in a completely different town in Texas. When I messaged them, they said that it was my fault when obviously it wasn’t because the invoice clearly had my right address on it, but I had to screenshot that and send it to them. Their messages seemed very automated or AI based and it’s like they didn’t have access to their own invoices. Something just felt off. It was very different experience than I have had with other sellers that I have had to message on Etsy.
