Simon Oct 17, 2026

Everything was great. Good communication, easy to upload, I reached out and asked questions before I placed my order and got a nice clear response. I think the only thing that would make it easier is to tell people the image ratios (1:1, 4:3, 5:4 etc) as it isnt clear and I was worried my images would be cropped, but I went with 1:1 and it came out fine. Gift box looks really nice too.
