When you place your order, be sure to fill the personalization box with as much detail as possible. This will ensure you are getting exactly what you want. If I have any questions or not enough details, I will message you. I will send you pictures before I ship your tumbler to make sure you don’t want to change or add anything. If you’re unsure, that’s okay! Just message me with your thoughts, and we’ll design something together.

Each tumbler is handmade, therefore no two will ever look exactly alike. Please allow for a 1-3 week turnaround time. If you don’t see a specific size or style tumbler you like, message me, I can most likely get what you want. Don’t hesitate to message me reference photos or images. Design options are not limited to the pictures listed, those are just some examples.

• Do you want to add glitter or shimmer?
• Do you prefer a specific font style, if adding words?
• Are there any details you would like to avoid? (No certain colors or patterns)
