We gladly accept layaway on all items in our shop. All pieces may be reserved with a 20% non-refundable deposit. After the deposit is made, you have 2-4 months to complete the outstanding balance at your convenience without any pressure from us. We usually ask items under £250 to be paid within 2 months and any items over £250 to be paid within 3-4 months. But this can be discussed in a way that suits you. If a layaway is cancelled, the deposit amount is non-refundable. If a layaway item is returned, you are only eligible for shop credit.

Antiques are usually exempt from import duties. However, we cannot be responsible for any duties applied by your country’s customs office. Rates vary from country to country, so please get in touch with your local customs agency. Customs, duties, fees and any import taxes are the responsibility of buyer, as are any return shipping costs.

All orders are shipped using a fully tracked, signed-for service. UK Orders -Orders under £500 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for £10. -Orders over £500 qualify for FREE Royal Mail Special Delivery. International Orders -Orders under £500 are shipped with DHL Express for £45. -Orders over £500 qualify for FREE DHL Express shipping. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day.

UK Orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days where possible. DHL Express Worldwide is a door-to-door time definite service. Items will arrive where possible the next working day after dispatch. Australia & New Zealand may take 3-4 working days. Customs may hold deliveries up, please respond to your DHL representative asap to avoid delays. A signature will be required upon receipt.

If you require a ring sizing, please get in touch. Most of our rings can be sized. This usually takes 7 days. We charge a small fee of £45. Please note items that have been sized or customised are not eligible for a return.

You can return your item for a full refund for any reason within 14 days. Please note items that have been sized or customised are not eligible for a return. You can also exchange an unwanted item for another piece in our shop within the return window of 14 days. Please contact us to open a return via Etsy messages. If you are returning an item internationally, please ensure the customs paperwork is filled out correctly, marking the parcel as RETURNED GOODS. This will waive any customs charges and VAT.
