What should I do if my package is lost, damaged, or if I have an issue with my order?

If you have any issues with your order (misprinted/damaged/defective items), please message me within 30 days of the order date to file a claim. Claims should be submitted with clear photographs displaying the issues the recipient describes. Orders containing fault from our behalf will be covered at our expense. I’ll do my best to make it right!

My tracking shows my package as "delivered," but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Check around your property – Packages are sometimes left in less obvious spots (e.g., with a neighbor, behind a plant, or behind outdoor décor). Verify the shipping address – Ensure the correct address was provided at checkout. Contact your local post office or carrier – They may have more detailed delivery information. Submit a carrier inquiry – For USPS: File a Missing Mail Search Request or a Help Request Form. https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm Other carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) have similar investigation processes—check their websites for details. If, after taking these steps, your package is still missing, please contact me within 30 days of the order date, and I’ll do my best to assist you!

What do I do if I put in the wrong address?
