Custom and personalized orders

All items must be returned in original conditions without any physical changes with all of its components. I do not refund payment for delivery, only the cost of the product. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. Refunds are made by the seller after receiving the product and checking its integrity: without damage and cleanliness and whether it has not been used. The refund amount is the value of the product excluding taxes and non-refundable fees. If the product was purchased under the terms of free delivery, then the amount of the return will be minus the delivery from the seller to the buyer, commission and taxes, which are not subject to return.

Wholesale availability

Shipping If item is ready to ship I will send it within 1-2 bussines days after payment confirmation. If item is marked as made to order it will take more time. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping: 3-5 days. For details, please, look at individual items description. I use the Etsy mailing address, please make sure it is correct. I will let you know when your package is on the way. I will also send you a tracking number of your package. Buyers pay all applicable customs fees and import duties. The seller is not responsible for the delay in delivery due to customs.

The seller is not responsible for the delivery of the goods after they have been handed over to the delivery service. All risks associated with possible loss, damage or delay during transport are transferred to the buyer. We guarantee the proper packaging and transfer of the order in accordance with all standards, but once the goods have been sent, the responsibility for their further journey lies with the postal or courier service. In case of delivery problems, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly using the tracking number that will be provided after shipment.
