“Overall this was an exhausting experience. The charm is cute and the customization is nice. This charm is pretty small so you can’t see what it says unless you are up close. I was shipped a piece with a non working clasp, unknown to seller. I mean broke as soon as I went to try it on. I reached out to seller, which anytime I contacted seller was 24-72 hours turnaround time. Seller made me think that my situation was so rare, it doesn’t happen. After multiple back and forth attempts and pictures sent, seller offered to send another clasp which I was fine with. Ended up getting 2 different ones, which was nice. Upon switching out, gold coating was ruined. Chain is not very strong to me. I appreciate the seller trying to fix it but overall just extremely exhausting. Maybe for others it would be a better experience.”
