Why has my order not arrived?

Whilst our couriers aim to meet the estimated shipping times provided, problems can arise during transit which are out of our hands so please message us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Custom and personalised orders

Does shipping include a tracking number? Our standard shipping both UK and International do not come with tracking to keep the costs down, we do offer a tracked option for UK and international orders but this option is more expensive.

COVID 19 Update UK & International Orders

For all orders placed April onwards; UK - Please allow up to 10 working days on top of standard delivery times for your order to arrive. Although some of the Royal Mail services are back to normal we are still seeing a delay on some of our deliveries International Orders - All international orders are still being processed as normal, however tracking updates are limited. We also request you allow for an extended time of up to 10 working days on top of standard delivery times as some countries are currently locked down or have smaller staff numbers in their customs offices. This is adding delays to deliveries. Please be patient as we have no control over the time spent in customs.

All returns are accepted and must be returned in new condition. Return postage is at the expense of the buyer. The cost of the item will be refunded minus postage upgrades and international shipping charges as these are non recoverable.

UPDATE - 01/01/2021 - All our items are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class post, at the moment we are seeing delays of up to 10 working days so we have extended our delivery times. Most items can still arrive within the 2 working days that Royal Mail state on their delivery terms. If you require an item for a set date then please contact us before ordering. To improve your chances of items arriving on time we do offer Tracked 24 (1-2 working days) and Tracked 48 (1-3 working days) deliveries which are also not guaranteed to arrive in 24-48 hours but these will strongly increase the chance of the items arrival early. We thank you for your patience with all deliveries.
