SHIPPING:

As of July 2026, shipping will be charged for all orders. The price of shipping will be calculated based on the weight of the items and the shipping distance. In the unlikely event that a customer pays more for shipping than I pay to purchase the shipping label, excess postage will be refunded.

U.S. CUSTOMERS can choose USPS First Class, Priority or Priority Express at checkout. All shipping requires 1-3 business days for me to get the package in the mail. If you need same-day service please contact me in advance of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: I ship to some countries outside of the U.S. – by U.S. First Class Package International and under certain circumstances by expedited services. Contact me with questions.

PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?: I want you to love the item(s) you receive from me. However, sometimes unexpected issues arise. If there is any problem with your order, please contact me immediately upon receipt of you package and maintain all shipping materials. If an item has been damaged or lost in transit, customer agrees to take whatever steps are required to file a report with the US Postal Service and/or the police if requested to do so by the seller.

RETURNS: If you change your mind and want to return an item (or items), please contact me to obtain a return label (this will be cheaper and easier for you than purchasing postage at the post office). I will send you a message with instructions about returning your item. Please maintain the original shipping package and packing materials. The package containing the returned item(s) must be scanned in the USPS system within 14 days of your receipt of the item. You can obtain a scan of the package at a USPS self serve kiosk or at the desk (it may get scanned if the package is placed in a mailbox, but you have no control of when that will be). I process returns within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from the refund, even if the item qualified for free shipping.

GENERAL:

Thanks for looking at my shop! Please let me know if you have questions. All of my items are maintained in a smoke free, pet free environment (except for my lovebird Poptart). Be sure to take a look at my shipping policies to find out more about tracking, expedited shipping and more.

IMPORTANT!!!!!!!

PLEASE NOTE - The pieces in my shop are intended for adults ONLY. Older pieces have small pieces that may fall off and be swallowed, crystal beads can chip or break and result in cuts or other injury if not handled carefully, earrings are definitely choking hazards, etc. Please do not purchase any of my items for someone under the age of 18.
