Custom and personalized orders

Due to high volume and trying to keep the shop stocked with our regular items, we are unable to offer custom orders at this time.

All items have the sizes listed in the item description - individual items vary so I always include size information but please feel free to ask questions.

Most of our orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days - our post office is a tiny annex and has very limited hours so we ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 1pm-3pm. We live way out in the forest, so it often takes an extra day to ship from here, so I am not able to overnight or express ship. We use USPS only, we do not have UPS or FedEx out here. Most orders arrive within a week of purchase and always have tracking numbers available.

This style was originally made just for me to use as regular every day shoes - they are not historic replicas like most of our designs, so we have named them the "Allegany" shoe after the little rural community we live in. I have old foot injuries that make modern shoes painful to wear, so Ian (the shoe guy) designed these and I wear them everywhere now! SInce these are my new favorite shoe, I talked him into making them for the shop too - they would look fine for costumes but also are a wonderful option for those who like a soft flexible shoe.
These shoes are made of 5oz black cowhide. They have punched holes for the lacing and black soft cotton ribbon to lace them up. There is a vegetable tanned leather insole and on top of that there is another suede insole in black for a little extra cushioning. They are soft and flexible and shape to your feet with a little wear so they are super comfortable.
