Will you restock a certain item?

Any and all restocks will be considered based on the interest/feedback from my Tiktok comments as well as how quickly an item sold out! You can find updates as they occur on my Tiktok (altpriince) to learn more about what's coming next to my shop or to find out about future drops.

Why don't restocks happen sooner/faster?

To put it frankly: money. My only income is through the sales on this shop, and ordering new products can be a very costly and time consuming process (pillows take roughly 2-3 months to get to me).

Where is the drop that was announced for today? Is it sold out already?

When it comes to my drop days, please allow a grace period for the items to go live and don't panic! Often times it can take 10-20 minutes from the time I hit 'post' to the time that you are able to see it on my page.

My order hasn't arrived by the date it said it would, why is that?

There could be a few options that caused this issue, and unfortunately all of those options are out of my control: A) Some packages may get lost or damaged during transit. I am not responsible for the items once they are shipped out. You can try reaching out to your local post office for information, but if they don't have an answer then feel free to contact me so that we can work on a solution! B) The address that was given upon checkout was incorrect. Please make sure that the address you put in is correct! I cannot change it once I've printed the label. If you put in an incorrect address, your package could be shipped to the wrong location.

Why do some of my stickers feel different?

As I make all of my stickers at home, sometimes I try out new supplies in search of the best ones for my business, so on occasion your stickers may arrive feeling slightly different from one another. However, I make sure that any product I ship out is of the same high quality as any other. Your stickers are guaranteed to hold up to the promises of the description no matter the supplies used on them! If you believe that you have received a sticker that is less than what you were promised, please feel free to reach out to me and we can figure out a solution for you.

I ordered in two separate checkouts, can you combine my orders?

In some cases, I can, however I much prefer not to. Etsy doesn't always recognize combined orders as being shipped since I can't always put the tracking number on the second purchase. Please try to keep your orders to one purchase if you would like them to arrive in the same package, otherwise I may ship them separately!

What happened to your B-Grade stickers? Will they come back in stock?

B-Grade stickers are now only given randomly as freebies in orders! You are not guaranteed a freebie with your purchase, but you may receive one if supplies allows.

Will you ever do preorders?

Unfortunately I'm not a big fan of preorder items as I don't like making people wait lengthy amounts of time to receive their order. Currently it is too stressful for me to consider and instead I will simply release items as I have them in stock. I may consider preorders in the future but not as of right now.
