Do I have to pay import duties, tariffs, or shipping on orders to the United States?

No. Your purchase price includes FREE shipping as well as the applicable import duties, tariffs, and taxes. We ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) through our shipping carrier, which means these charges are prepaid by us before your order reaches the United States. In the unlikely event that you are asked to pay any additional import duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery, please contact us and do not make any payment. We'll be happy to look into it and help resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as smoothly as possible.

Shipping delays & missed deliveries

I need to resize my bracelet

Of course, it happens that the size is not right the first time. In that case, we will be happy to resize it for you. However, you are responsible for the shipping costs to and from Cyprus and for any customs and import taxes that may apply to shipping back the bracelet.

How do I take best care of my bracelet

Since everything from calcium in the water, soap, cosmetics and dirt can affect the elastic cord and beads and make the beads lose their shine and luster, we recommend you to take care of your bracelet in the following way: 1. After wearing - at least once a week - wipe your bracelet with a soft cotton cloth. Neither stones nor silver beads should be cleaned with cleaning materials. Put your bracelet on last after perfume, cosmetics, hairspray and other chemical substances that can be corrosive. 2. Do not wear your bracelet whilst bathing and sleeping. 3. When not wearing - keep your bracelet away from natural sunlight and extreme heat.

DESIGN
Choose between an open design (as shown) or a design with a flap.
In both versions, the phone will be completely enclosed for protection, and a push-up hole will be added at the bottom so the phone can be easily removed.

Handcrafted using the wet molding technique from 7oz (2.7mm) premium Italian natural vegetable-tanned cowhide.
The leather is wetted, pressed and formed around a wooden pattern to get the perfect shape, dried, hand dyed and finally hand-stitched with 1mm waxed nylon thread. A very old technique used from generation to generation which will ensure that your leather pouch will last a lifetime - even becoming better with the lapse of time.

Really pleased with this leather phone holder. Birgitte and George were very helpful with my requests to rotate the phone and accommodate extra thickness. Maybe the holder is a little bit loose, as the phone can fall out if I'm running up stairs, but if it was tighter it would probably be hard to remove one handed.
