How fast will my fabric ship?

Fabric orders are cut and shipped within 1 business day. Delivery by USPS Ground Advantage usually takes 2–5 business days after that, and you’ll get tracking as soon as your order ships.

Is the fabric prewashed?

No. Every piece is cut fresh from the bolt and sent unwashed, so expect some shrinkage when you wash it. Many quilters prewash their backing before quilting.

Will the color look like the photos?

We photograph our fabric in natural light to keep colors as true as possible, but every screen shows color a little differently. If you’re matching a specific project, message us and we’re happy to send extra photos or compare colors for you.

Can I return or exchange fabric?

Because every order is custom cut for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. If something isn’t right with your order, though, please message us. We want you to love your fabric and will work with you to make it right.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the fabric and the packaging, and we’ll help you sort it out.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Once your order ships, it’s in USPS’s hands, but we’ll help you track it down. Send us a message, and we’ll check the tracking with you and help you contact USPS or file a claim if needed.

What if my package gets returned to you, or a sale starts after I order?

If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out, and the customer covers the cost of reshipping it, so please double-check your address at checkout!
