Do you offer refunds or accept returns?

Due to the nature of our items, we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or changes after delivery. Many items—like precut felt board storytime sets and digital downloads—are made to order or instantly accessible. However, if we sent the wrong physical item, please message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of what you received. We’ll gladly send the correct item—and you’re welcome to keep the one sent by mistake.

When will my order ship?

Digital items are available for instant download. Felt story sets and felt supplies typically ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Where do I find my digital download?

After purchase, you can download your files by going to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews and clicking “Download Files” next to your order. You’ll also receive an email from Etsy with the same download link. 👉 Etsy doesn’t allow digital files to be downloaded through the app, so be sure to use a web browser. If your item includes a Canva link, it will be inside a PDF file. Open the PDF and click the link to customize your design in Canva. Some larger files (like ZIP folders or printable bundles) are hosted on Google Drive. Your Etsy download will include a PDF with a clickable link to the Google Drive folder. From there, you can view, download, and unzip your files as needed. We're happy to help if you need assistance.

How do I care for my felt board storytime sets?

To keep your felt pieces looking their best: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap—no soaking needed If wrinkled, gently press with a warm iron (low heat, no steam) using a thin cloth between the iron and felt Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight Keep pieces together in the clear zip bag provided for easy organization Felt is durable, but a little TLC goes a long way in keeping your sets fresh and ready for storytelling fun!

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS), and we’re not able to take responsibility for delays, lost items, or theft during delivery. If your package is delayed or missing, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier—they may be able to provide more details, including GPS scan data for the last known location. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend contacting your local post office and filing a mail theft report with your police department.

What if I need to submit a claim to USPS or UPS?

If you selected Priority Mail at checkout, your package is insured—up to $100 for U.S. shipments and up to $200 for international orders. My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?

Shipping delays can occasionally happen with all carriers, especially during the holiday season. While tracking may provide an estimated delivery date, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times. In some cases, packages may appear unscanned or show no updates, even though they were shipped. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping timelines and are unable to offer refunds or cancellations due to delivery delays. If your order is running late, feel free to reach out—we can send you a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page and provide Etsy’s estimated transit time chart.
