What do I do if my order broke in transit?

I package my pieces very carefully, but sometimes accidents happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the broken piece. I will be happy to send you a replacement.

What do I do if my order never arrived?

We ship all of our domestic packages with tracking, so please check the tracking information to help locate a missing package. If it is marked as delivered, but you still haven't received it, we recommend contacting your local post office to see if they can find the package. If you have provided an incorrect mailing address, and the package is returned to us, we will notify you. Re-shipping the order to the correct address will be at the buyer's expense. Please double check your address before ordering! For international orders, if a package is late to arrive it is likely stuck in customs. International packages can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive due to delays from customs.

Custom and personalized orders

We are happy to take custom orders when customs are open! Our custom order turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, and the price will depend on the piece in question. Please contact us with any questions and we can set up a custom order. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. We do send photos during the custom order process so if you would like changes made, please say so then.

While polymer clay is a durable material, it is not indestructible! Please do take care when handling our products. They will survive bumps, drops, and day to day wear, but will break if stepped on or crushed by a heavy object. Pieces may be cleaned with a damp cloth, but please avoid submerging or scrubbing with cleaning products. For garden decorations, I recommend placing them in indirect sunlight to keep the colors from fading, and in pots that have good drainage so the stakes don't rust. Jewelry and figurines are intended for ages 14 and up. Please do not give pieces to young children as they can be a choking hazard. Our products are made with non-toxic materials and nickel and lead free metals, but they should not be ingested!
