Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Please note that, according to § 312g BGB, individualised items do not have a right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform Alicia Poth - Area529 Store c/o COCENTER, Koppoldstr. 1, 86551 Aichach, contact@area529.com, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

Please note that the right of cancellation only applies to purchases of a private nature. Commercial purchases of any kind (e.g. for the purpose of reselling the goods) are excluded from the right of cancellation and cannot be cancelled/returned.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Area529 Store will provide you with a return address to which you must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which we provide you with the address. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. Please do NOT send returns to the business address stated on area529.com, any consignments will be returned to you.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
