All rugs are shipped folded for easy and safe delivery. Due to folding, you may notice some creases or lines when you first receive your rug — this is completely normal and will disappear naturally within a week of regular use.
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping, and delivery usually takes 4–10 business days.

🔁 RETURN & EXCHANGE:
1.The standard return or exchange period is 14 days following the delivery date for the majority of products in our inventory.

2.Bespoke (Custom) orders are created just for you, so they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3.The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

4.The item must be shipped back in its original, unused condition and complete with all original packaging.

5.Any reduction in the item's financial value upon its return (e.g., if it is damaged or used) will be the buyer’s liability.

1.Order cancellations are only honored if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

2.If the 24-hour window has lapsed and you still wish to cancel, a cancellation fee (a certain percentage of the item's cost) will be applied, as stopping an order during mid-production incurs material and labor expenses.

Really beautiful, wonderful updates from the maker. The color of the rug is a little darker than the mint green shown on the listing but it’s an absolutely beautiful color.
