The file does not work as intended and leaves visible gaps when tiled. I have purchased hundreds of seamless patterns and know how they are supposed to function. This was not user error. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the seller was rude, defensive, and dismissive, repeatedly insisting the file was fine and refusing to offer any meaningful solution. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had on Etsy.

This file is a technically seamless pattern and works correctly when used as intended. It has been verified multiple times and the same product has received a separate 5-star review, confirming it tiles properly. I made genuine efforts to resolve the issue peacefully and provided detailed guidance, as well as a screenshot clearly showing the file tiling correctly. Unfortunately, despite this proof, no willingness to reach a constructive resolution was shown. When a verified file functions correctly and assistance is declined, it may suggest that the issue is unrelated to the product itself. In rare cases, this can include purchases made by competing shops, which may result in misleading feedback. As stated in the Etsy guidelines, digital files are non-refundable once downloaded.
