How do I access my digital download after purchase?

After your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send you an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime by going to: Your Account > Purchases and Reviews > Download Files

Can I download from the Etsy app?

No, Etsy doesn’t currently support file downloads through the app. Please use a web browser (like Safari or Chrome) on a phone, tablet, or computer to download your files.

I can’t find my download email—what should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Etsy. You can also log into your Etsy account on a browser and go to Purchases and Reviews to access your downloads directly.

Can I get the files in a different size or format?

If you need a custom size or format, feel free to message me! I’m happy to accommodate small changes when possible.
