Weather and your wreath

While my wreaths are durable and can withstand being outside, I recommend a covered area, sheltered from direct exposure from the elements. Over time, if left exposed your wreath can succumb to damages.

I ship within the United States. I try to ship all orders as soon as possible, they are typically shipped within 1-3 days of purchase, unless ordering a custom piece or otherwise stated in listing details.My wreaths and decor pieces are shipped in strong boxes, suitable for their size. My shipping boxes can also be used to store your pieces during the off seasons. Please make sure to secure a safe location for your packages to be delivered. I am not responsible for stolen items after your delivery has been completed.

Custom and personalized orders

I accept custom, one-of-a-kind orders. Please send me a message and we can discuss what you're looking to create. Processing times vary, depending on your needs. i.e. if items need to be ordered, if particular items are out of stock, etc. Shipping times may also vary on custom pieces dependent upon processing time and availability of stock this will all be discussed during your consultation.

Holiday Shipping & Everyday Delays

During the Holidays shipping is at its peak and delays are bound to happen. Please keep in mind delays can be due to inclement weather, an uptick in online purchases and unforeseen circumstances that may happen with the carrier. Please know delayed deliveries due to the carrier or unforeseen events cannot be controlled or predicted, however I will try and help and keep you updated to the best of my ability if your package becomes delayed, lost etc.

Interior of all planters are sealed with an eco friendly, water based sealer that's safe to use around people and pets! All figurine pieces are enamel sealed to help keep your piece looking its best for years to come.

Damaged Products During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged please save your box, take pictures and message me as soon as you can! I will do my very best to make it right for you!

Weather and your cement pieces

I do my very best to seal each piece thoroughly to make them suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Exposure to extreme elements (direct sun, snow, rain, etc) can break down your cement products, including paint chipping and flaking, so please know fading, peeling and cracking of cement products can happen and will happen when left exposed.

Wrong Address/Unclaimed Mail/Return To Sender

You are responsible for a correct mailing address. In the case your package was mailed to the wrong address you provided, was left unclaimed at the Post Office and/or was returned to sender from such circumstances i.e. deemed unable to be delivered due to inaccurate information you provided or lack of being able to retrieve your package in a timely manner from your local post office, we will not be responsible for additional shipping fees incurred. There will be an additional shipping charge to re-ship your package. If you do not want to reship your original purchase you can be refunded for said purchase minus all original shipping cost.

I try to not let the excess from my pours go to waste so I use it to make fun little mini creatures/statues! I will occasionally send them out with purchases on a whim! At times I make oodles of them and they are all different with their own personalities! With that being said; I send them out completely random. You do not get to pick which one is sent. I do not replace broken ones. I do not send out extras. This also pertains to my gifting of stickers and any other form of extra I may or may not include in your package. I do this strictly to show my appreciation to you, which I absolutely do!

As with all concrete these ghost succulent planters are perfectly imperfect and have small bubbles or voids. Each piece is unique and their coloring may vary slightly, due to indoor/outdoor lighting locations, monitor settings etc, as with size as each one is hand mixed and poured individually. Please note with drainage holes there is a chance for normal “blowout” on the bottom of the planter, it does not interfere with structural integrity of the piece.
