Do you do custom designs or sizes?

Yes! I love this! Please feel free to message and inquire. Having the desired size (in inches) as well as a sample graphic can help immensely. Expect a response within 24 hours for any project you have in mind.

Where is my order / where is my tracking number?

Please allow up to 2-12 days from shipment notification for USPS delivery and 30 days or more for international deliveries, depending on the region. I ship all orders individually sealed using rigid flat-pack mailers. If you do not receive your order, please reach out to me and I'll get back to you promptly! If your order was marked as "DELIVERED" before it reached you, please see below!

What can I do to make sure my decal lasts?

Clean the surface area well before applying - do not rush this step! A well-applied decal will last for a very long time. Flat, smooth surfaces work best. Decals exposed to constant sunlight or extreme heat will eventually begin to fade as months pass, though the laminate I use offers UV resistance that slows this process considerably. No stickers are invincible, but I have been using the same high-end and personally torture-tested materials for the life of my business because they are considerably more durable than the average decal. Everything you order will always be the same tried and true materials with no exceptions.

Can I wash them or put them on high contact surfaces (like water bottles)?

Yes! The stickers are weatherproof and are suitable for indoor or outdoor application. No sticker is invincible under extreme conditions, but they will last many years if kept indoors and applied correctly.

My stickers appear scratched!

It's likely just a very light adhesive I use on the backs of stickers during the machine cutting process - sometimes they get squashed together in transit and it can leave some small, impermanent marks in the laminate from the sticker above. This can be easily wiped to a sparkling finish using isopropyl alcohol, or just a little water and soap! While very rare, if you happen to see excessive scratching or damage on the sticker, or ANY quality issues at all that I didn't catch (I've discarded hundreds for tiny imperfections and take quality and accuracy very seriously), please reach out immediately and I'll be happy to help!

My order says "delivered," but nothing is here. Why?

Etsy's shipping partner is considerably slower to update with USPS deliveries; in 99% of cases, if your order is marked as "delivered," it means it is now at your local post office to be dispatched either the day stated or the day after. If you do not receive your order within two days of it being marked as "delivered," please reach out to me!

Do you offer other printing services aside from stickers?

Yes!! I can cut custom single-color vinyl designs and print music media (CD inserts, cassette J-cards), posters, art prints, specially sized decal wraps for your item or project on a variety of high-quality materials and whatever else you can think of - just message me! If you have an idea in mind, let's work! There is no minimum for custom designs and I'd love to help you bring your idea to life. If you need a lot of items, I'll always offer a discount for bulk orders.

Why do they cost so much?

I feel my prices are fair considering the additional steps I take to laminate every item for long-lasting durability and ship them individually bagged in rigid envelopes to make sure they reach you unharmed. My goal is to deliver more than you pay for and to surprise you with relevant, themed extra items. When you buy a sticker, you're going to receive more than what you see in the listing, all made with high-quality materials that have survived extensive personal testing from countless brands and companies of laminate and sticker paper supply. I love printing, and stickers, and I want to deliver an above average experience to everyone that orders from my shop with perfectly machine cut items, sharp clarity, and long-lasting adhesion.

I need a lot of items. How many can you handle?

Message me! I have the gear to go into the hundreds if you need a lot of items, and the knowledge to refine your design into something that can be mass-produced - I love working with musicians and artists that resell their own logos or works.
