Welcome your guests with our “Welcome to Our Love Story” sign—an elegant, minimalist design that pairs refined serif lettering with a soft script flourish. Personalised with your names, date (and optional venue), it’s professionally printed on your choice of 3 mm Foamex board that stands beautifully on an easel or premium poster paper for framing. The timeless black and white styling suits any palette—from modern barns to garden venues—and photographs beautifully at the entrance. Ribbon/flowers/easel shown for styling only and not included.

ABOUT OUR WELCOME SIGNS
Posters – Printed on premium 200gsm paper. Posters do not stand alone and will require framing.
Foamex Boards – Printed on high-quality 3mm rigid Foamex with a satin finish. These signs stand on an easel without the need for framing.
Card (A4 only) – Printed on 300gsm card. Sturdy but will not stand alone; prop against an object or frame.

Frames and easels pictured are not included.

PACKAGING
A4 (Card) – Sent flat in a hard-back envelope via Royal Mail.
A3 Poster – Rolled in a tube via Royal Mail.
A1 & A2 Posters – Rolled in a tube via DPD.
All Foamex Boards (any size) – Sent via DPD.

Please note: A0 signs require approximately +5 additional business days for production. Express delivery is not available for A0.

Select your shipping speed (Free Standard or Express).
Complete checkout—we’ll take care of the rest.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing time: Typically 2–5 business days (A0 +5 business days).
Standard shipping: Free – approx. 5 working days in transit.
Express shipping: £8.50 – approx. 2 working days in transit.
We always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible using a tracked courier service.

PROOFS & PERSONALISATION
We do not send proofs as standard for welcome signs. The only changes included are names and date, which are applied exactly as provided.

Please enter your details exactly as you want them to appear (e.g., “Saturday 12th August 2023” vs “12.08.2023”).

If you require a proof, this can be arranged for £5.00—please contact us before ordering so we can add this option.

For design changes beyond names/date (fonts, colours, layout, added elements), please request a bespoke upgrade (additional fee applies).

RETURNS
Personalised items are made to your specification and are non-returnable unless faulty.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We package posters in tubes and Foamex boards in boxes, but occasional transit damage can occur. If your item arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement.

The shipping label

Do not dispose of the item or packaging until the issue is resolved. We’ll normally arrange a DPD collection of the damaged item before sending the replacement. Refunds are offered only if there isn’t time to resend.
