Modern Sashiko Style Designs

Sashiko is a Japanese form of visible mending embroidery. Use these patterns over patches to mend clothing or just to embellish clothing and pockets. See pics as examples.

Use these to stick to any item you want to embroider. Mix and match designs. Each design is around 4-5” wide and 7” long. Perfect for cutting to size. 7 design patterns.

Included:
embroidery designs on water soluble, adhesive paper.

Instructions:
- Peel and stick the design on an item of your choice
(i.e. canvas bag, denim item, shirts & pants)
- Use thread colors of your choice and stitch over
design, filling/coloring in where desired.
- When finished, run item under water and gently rub
the dissolving paper off.
- Hang to dry

Recommendations:
- Use an embroidery hoop if fabric is thin
- DMC 6 strand embroidery floss
- Wash items in cold water and air dry

These sheets are bigger than most sellers, which I love, because you can cut them to size or leave them as is. Lots of different beautiful patterns included. I am strangely excited to have clothes that need mending, now!
