What are your decals made of?

All our decals are made from high-quality sign-grade vinyl, designed to adhere securely to both interior and exterior surfaces. They are adhesive-backed and not static cling. We do not sell static cling decals. All decals are removable but not reusable.

What are your processing times and how long will shipping take?

You will find both the processing times & shipping times in the item details of the listing you're purchasing. These are separate time frames. Please only use the time frames that WE state, not what Etsy states, as they are only estimates and are not accurate. Below are the current average times. PROCESSING: Decals 4-7 working days Glassware 1-2 weeks. SHIPPING: UK 1-5 working days. International 7-18 working days. Your order includes two stages: a processing period to create your decal, followed by the shipping period, which begins at dispatch. The total of these time frames determines your arrival date. Any customs delays are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office for information or updates.

Custom and personalised orders

We gladly accept custom and personalised orders—just message us with your design idea. The more details you can provide (photos, drawings), the quicker the process. If you’d like to make any changes after purchase, please contact us on the same day. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a shop error.

Where are your Application Instructions?

We have gone paperless to help reduce waste. A full copy of our application instructions is included in the listing photos—usually the last image. The location of the instructions is also stated in the item details and in your dispatch email. These instructions must be followed carefully, as application is the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot be held liable for damage or inaccurate application. If you make a mistake applying part of your decal, you can purchase a replacement for that specific section rather than buying the entire decal again.

Can I return my order for a refund?

You can return certain items from our shop, but not all - for example, custom orders are non-returnable. Each listing clearly states whether returns are accepted. Please note that shipping costs, including Express Courier fees, are non-refundable. Check the item details before purchasing, or message us if you’re unsure about a product’s return policy.

What happens if my order gets returned to sender?

We are not responsible for orders that haven’t been signed for or collected from your local mail centre in time. We take every step possible to help prevent this. If your order is returned to us, you will not need to repurchase it. However, you will be required to cover the postage cost for resending.

What happens if I leave a review prematurely?

Once a review has been left, positive or negative, that brings your transaction with us to an end and no further actions will be carried out by us, including refunds, replacements etc. It is always best to message us first, as we can usually help and, if not, we will always come to a solution. If you leave a negative review without giving us the chance to rectify a situation, we are not obligated to help any further. Please note this. I know it can be frustrating if an order is delayed by your postal handler, or if your order arrives damaged etc. but please always contact us first to let us know. We can then help you. If you don't contact us, we won't know there's an issue.

Can you let me know where my order is? It's late.

We always post orders on or before the estimated dispatch date. Once your order has been handed to the postal service, delivery times are beyond our control. Orders are sent in line with the postal service’s expected delivery times. Buyers are responsible for checking whether their item may be delayed or held by customs. If your order is stopped at customs, please allow an additional 1–4 weeks for delivery. Customs processing times are often longer in the months leading up to the holidays. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please message us so we can investigate promptly.

Christmas cut off times

CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATES & DELIVERY INFORMATION All orders have a 4–7 working day processing period. Once completed, orders are dispatched using the postage method selected at checkout. UK Last Order Dates for Christmas Delivery: 5th December – Standard delivery (2nd class) 10th December – Upgraded delivery only (Tracked 24) Orders placed after these dates may not arrive before Christmas. International Last Order Dates: Europe: 25th November Everywhere Else: 20th November Please note that any orders placed after 15th December will be processed in the New Year. If you require an urgent order, please message us before ordering and we will advise if we can accommodate it.

How are your decals packed and sent?

Smaller Decals: Packed in standard envelopes for secure and efficient delivery. Larger Decals: Items such as logos, names, or welcome signs are cut and packed in postal tubes to prevent damage during transit. More intricate large decals, like seating plans, are packed in A3-sized board backed envelopes for added protection. Our packaging process ensures maximum protection so your decals arrive in excellent condition, ready for use. Some decals may have small bubbles, which is completely normal. Please follow our application instructions to prepare the decal before removing it. Dents or lines on the backing paper do not affect the decals.
