What happens if my package is delayed and does not arrive by estimated delivery date?

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. If a package does not arrive by the estimated delivery date provided by USPS, we kindly ask that customers allow an additional 7–10 business days for the package to arrive, as postal delays can occur and are outside of our control. During this waiting period, the package may still be in transit and delivered without further updates. Once the 7–10 business days have passed and the package has not arrived, please contact us and we will be happy to assist with a replacement order.
