How are orders packed?

Orders are packed by me and are shipped from Illinois! I do my best to ship my items in sustainable cardboard/paper/recycled and reusable packaging, but I'm also working through a backlog of certain plastic items so as to not let them go to waste. I strongly encourage you to reuse and recycle your packaging!

Help! My charm looks scratched

Many of my non-resin coated charms ship with a protective clear plastic film on both sides of the acrylic - this helps prevent permanent scratches while in transit. Simply use a fingernail or object like a credit card to peel up the plastic from a corner. The acrylic should be smooth and shiny underneath!

I love THIS KEYCHAIN!! It's so cute! i was so sad when it was sold out, but when it restocked I nabbed it immediately! i love it! the frosted texture on the acryllic is so pretty to look at. i put it on my car keys immediately haha
