-Sizes on listing are based on size of frame used to make a rug, not the actual rug.
itself. I use the design and scale it up to as large as possible in each frame size, but I do not warp or stretch an image to make it fit so the original design is proportionate.

-All rugs are handmade by me and thus all colors of yarn are chosen by me and cannot be changed after tufting process. I do my BEST to make all rugs look exactly like pictures provided or already listed on my shop. But yarn is not paint, and is not made in every color. Some colors may be slightly off in some cases but rarely.

-Hand making custom rugs is done with a power tool, if your design has small intricate details or wording, the bigger the rug, the more clear and clean the rug will come out.

-if washing a rug or dealing with a stain, hand washing or vacuum washing is recommended. DO NOT allow the rug to become soaked or machine washed. difficult spots can also be snipped away with scissors and with little to no damage to a rug!

Came exactly as described/pictured. Very well done and arrived quickly. The only suggestion I have is for the seller to wrap the rug in a plastic covering within the package. My package bag ripped a bit and the rug got a little wet in transit. No damage done but probably good to have some extra protection in there. Overall very satisfied and it looks awesome in our game room.
