When I can, I recycle and obtain boxes from local businesses so your package may arrive in a "not new" box. Inside plastic and bubblewrap packing materials are NEVER new, it's obtained from businesses that throw them out after one use. Kraft boxes are made from recycled material in the USA and bubble mailers are bought second hand when available. It makes the planet happier. :) I try to mail orders within a day or two, if you order on a Friday or the weekend, it will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
