Gift wrapping and packaging

Currently we do not offer gift wrapping or packaging. Customers have stated that they found beautiful inexpensive options for: gift boxes, bags, and wrapping paper at their local Dollar Tree.

Will ALL matching items (EX: Mugs, Tshirts, Journals, etc) come in the same package, at the same time?

Since we use multiple distributors, our bundle items may arrive in DIFFERENT packaging on DIFFERENT delivery dates. They are still intentionally designed with care and quality just for YOU.

Where do I find the matching Mug to my Journal, or vice versa?

Once you have clicked on the mug or item of your choice, some matching or complementary products may populate on the right side of the page. However, the BEST option is to add the first item to your cart and then search for the next. EX: -Add 'Blue Leopard Print Mug' to cart (ensuring you selected desired custom text if applicable). -Use shop SEARCH bar (below shop banner on right side of shop home page) to search for 'Blue Leopard Print Journal'... and VOILA! -Add it to your cart as well (again first choosing optional custom text if desired). -Place your order. *Keep in mind items may arrive in different packages on different delivery dates due to multiple distributors. :-)

Why do items take longer to process during the rush of the holiday season?

Holidays, especially Christmas, are incredibly busy for designers and distributors. Delays do occur, at times, as we await additional inventory and a higher frequency of pickups from delivery services. As the Holidays approach, we will increase our delivery and production time frames as needed, to ensure accuracy and keep customer trust. Please order as early as possible to ensure your items arrive before the Holiday rush (at least 3 weeks in advance for Christmas orders). Thank You.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind about an item, its features, the recipient, etc?

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. WE CANNOT OFFER CANCELLATIONS AFTER ORDERS ARE PLACED AS THEY AUTOMATICALLY GO TO PRODUCTION. Thank you for your understanding. *** If you need to update the DELIVERY address on an order, due to accidentally putting the WRONG address, we can ATTEMPT to update the delivery address within 2 hours of order placement. This is NOT GUARANTEED. Outside of that we will NOT be able to adjust the order delivery address. Thank you.

Shipping Delays from Shipping Providers like, USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, etc

Once an item leaves our distributor or is physically mailed by us, we do not have control over that item's movement. Therefore, we are not liable for delays or lost items that are in the care of any shipping providers. Please reach out to us if your item has not arrived and it is 24 hours outside of estimated delivery date. We will make the best effort to assist.
